Sunday Bruch. I had the Denver Omelette ~ yum. Not too big. Wanted green chili but they only had bell pepper. BF had waffle ~ yummy cooked perfectly. MIL had a Florentino Omelette ~ Yummo! Cute ambiance. Server was fun and service was excellent! I'll get his name & update this review.

Service was overall good. Food was average. I did love the large portions though, had enough for a 2nd meal later in the day.

We went for Sunday brunch and it was delicious! We were able to join the waitlist ahead of time, which helped. We waited about 10 minute after arriving. We ordered huevos rancheros, country Benedict, and the brisket Benedict special. All items were very tasty and worth getting again! Service was prompt and efficient. It's a very lively spot, look forward to returning!

Had an excellent brunch with my family at Sunshine Breakfast bar on Labor Day weekend. The Yelp waitlist is a savior. We were able to sit with our dog on their patio. Service was prompt and kind. The most important factor was the food, which was delicious! Everyone's favorite was the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes which we shared. Sunshine is known for their sweet cream pancakes which allows for a soft interior with crispy exterior. The lemon flavor was just enough and the pancakes weren't too sweet. I ordered the breakfast burrito with ham and chorizo (the additional protein option was +99 cents). The burrito had a great balance of flavor with meat, 2 eggs, cheeses, peppers, and potatoes in a crispy tortilla. I had it with their green salsa which is the spicy one- so good I had to ask for more! Overall, we were happy with our experience and will need to come back to try everything else.

I have been to this restaurant at least half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. My latest visit was for brunch with a friend this morning. Upon entering the restaurant, we were quickly and pleasantly greeted and then seated. Within moments we were provided with waters and asked about interest in any additional drinks to which we both ordered coffee. We began talking and catching up to the point that we sent the waitress away twice requesting more time to review the menu. She responded very pleasantly both times, telling us to take our time. A few minutes later upon her return we placed our orders for food. Within about 10 minutes our meals were served and everything was hot and fresh. Throughout the meal we were checked in on to make sure everything was ok and make sure we had everything we needed. Upon completing our meals the dishes were quickly cleared and the bill was left with a "no rush" comment. We sat a while after finishing coffees and talking, and a couple times more we were offered refills. We paid the bill and left, and were wished a nice rest of the day as we exited. Overall, very pleasant staff...great service...yummy food. My ONLY complaint about this restaurant is the up-charge of $1.00 EACH for a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato I requested be added to my already $14.00 breakfast sandwich. These up-charges are excessive considering what I got. I understand that some up-charges are necessary for more costly items (avocado, etc) but in this situation is was a little ridiculous. I'm also not a fan of up-charges being a surprise when you get your bill. Added expenses should be clarified by the waitstaff when an additional expense request is made by a customer.

The food is good, nothing outside of the ordinary when it comes to breakfast! Seating was tight-we were literally seated close to the door by the outside patio and we had to keep adjusting our chair so the staff could get by! If I'm in the area I would go again but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat here!

7months pregnant and got a random craving for French toast on a random Monday morning during the middle of AZ heat They have a shaded dog friendly patio which I loved bc I had my girl with me and they had a cart stationed to give water and stuff to dogs. My food was amazing, the patio was clean and the server was so attentive & friendly. Food didn't take long at all but I was also the only one there on the patio and it didn't seem busy inside. It was a lovely peaceful morning, I ate my food and left before the heat got intense. Can't wait to come back and try the mimosas flight

Tucked away in a commercial business plaza. The place is pretty small and the wait is long. They accept online waitlist, I suggest you add your party before leaving. Our server was awesome ( shout out to Michelle). I got the chorizo omelette and it came with thinly sliced potatoes. It was very savory and good. We also shared the waffle, it was delicious. Soft and a perfect crisp. The coffee was not good, very bitter. This is a bit out of ways from where I live so I don't think I would come back, but I would if I lived closer, I would. Overall it's good.

I recently visited Sunshine Breakfast Bar and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so inviting and cozy, it felt like I was dining in a friend's kitchen. I ordered a coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The barista really knew their stuff and made the perfect cup of joe. The food was equally as impressive. I ordered the avocado toast and it was hands down the best I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sunshine Breakfast Bar. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food and coffee were exceptional. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot.
